McKell’s ability to lead with streamlined goals and efficiency creates a space of innovation and empowerment. She earned her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. In addition to her role as a leader and entrepreneur, her extensive hands on experience in stem cell culture and tissue engineering gives her a deeper insight into the hassles cell culture can harbor. It is her personal mission to provide a new avenue to generate viable, repeatable cell cultures for the purpose of advancement in pharmaceuticals. The future of personalized medicine is bright and with her internship experience in genetic analysis she believes Syroto Bioprinters can make this a reality.
